These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

2. Products & Descriptions

Sadhna Ayurveda offers 100% natural, herbal Ayurvedic products. We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual appearance may vary slightly due to natural ingredient variations.
• All products are manufactured in FSSAI-compliant facilities using GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
• Ingredients, formulations, and packaging may change without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes. Results may vary based on individual health conditions.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and our acceptance of the order.

• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Order Confirmation: Confirmed upon successful payment or COD acknowledgement.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Post-dispatch orders may be returned per our Refund Policy.
• Order Errors: Contact us within 24 hours at info@sadhnaayurveda.com for any order errors.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Payment Terms

We accept multiple secure payment methods:

• Online Payments: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking — processed securely via Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India.
• Sadhna Ayurveda does not store any card or bank account information. All payment data is handled securely by Razorpay.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders across India.
• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on location. Metro cities: 2–4 days.
• Order Processing: 24–48 hours on business days (Mon–Sat).
• Tracking: Tracking number shared via SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch.
• After 2 failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery:

• Eligible: Damaged, defective, or wrong products in original, unused, unopened packaging.
• Not Eligible: Opened/used products, misuse damage, missing original packaging.
• Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• COD Refunds: Via bank transfer/UPI within 7 business days.

7. Medical Disclaimer

• Our products support general wellness and healthy lifestyle — not medical treatment.
• Results may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

• Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reaction occurs and seek medical attention.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
